Das ist irgend ein Umschlag (Buch, Reisepass, oder sonstiger), der im rechten Winkel aufgeschlagen ist und durch dessen vorgestanzte Löcher (vermutlich Löcher einer Bindung) eine Lichtquelle leuchtet (und so das Muster erzeugt)…..
