180 years of photography – Shooting wet plates in the Westlicht gallery Vienna

Ich demonstrierte den Kolloidum-Nassplattenprozess für die Wiener Fotografeninnung ( http://www.berufsfotografen.wien ) während der 180 Jahre Fotografie Veranstaltung im Westlicht ( http://www.westlicht.com ). Auch wenn die Vorbereitung und Durchführung wirklich viel Arbeit wat, hatten wir Spaß während der Veranstaltung. Wir trafen sehr viel nette Leute. Es war unglaublich wie viele Menschen zu uns kamen. Es gab aber noch viel mehr im Westlicht. An diesem Tag wurde auch das neue Kameramuseum eröffnet und  die auch ihre Daguerreotypiekamera beinhaltet. Das war die erste kommerzielle Kamera. Eigentlich unglaublich, dass diese so gut erhalten ist:

Am Abend gab es dann eine Diskussion über die Frühgeschichte der Fotografie.

During the 180 years of photography Event in the Westlicht Gallery ( http://www.westlicht.com ), I demonstrated the collodion wet plate process for the Viennese professional photography ( http://www.berufsfotografen.wien )association in Vienna.
Even this was lots of work, we had fun and received tons of great energy there.
It was crazy how many people were interested in my work – I was missing my voice the next day because I talked so much during the demonstration. There was so much more at the Westlich gallery. They opened the new camera museum and showed their daguerreotype camera. This original camera was the first commercial one. Pretty cool, right?
