The lecture “Tintype Stories and More” with Markus Hofstätter takes you into the world of collodion wet plate portraits and the stories associated with them.
The lecture not only highlights the technical aspects of wet plate photography but also tells the stories behind the images. In addition to fascinating portraits, this time unpublished reportage photographs will be shown, deepening personal moments. Among the portrayed are, among others, chocolatier Josef Zotter, director Michael White, and photographer Lois Lammerhuber. The lecture also includes exclusive images for the upcoming book Inspired Series, which are not available online.
