The 110 year old camera got it’s tripod connection – Renovation part II

Posted on November 10, 2024November 11, 2024 By Markus

In the previous video, I mentioned that my 110-year-old stereo camera was missing the “tripod connector.” As usual, I started my search for inspiration at the DIY market. I grabbed some M4 screws and after I arrived at home, I immediately began designing something that would preserve the camera’s originality without damaging it. The first few 3D prints weren’t perfect, but they led me to the final design that worked great. As always, I documented the process in a short video.
