As you guys know, I am working to bring back a Kodak 2D back to life. As always I do most parts for myself, but a custom 8×10 back was something I knew I can not make as perfectly as I wanted to.
So I asked Nejc and Peter to help me. Normally this would have been a part of my main renovation project/video, but I figured this would be way too long. Thats the reason I made this short and kind of chaotic video. But I was amazed of these passionate people and their products. Lots of you guys know Nejc from Zebra Dry Plates and the recent developments of plate holders and silver nitrate tanks.
But I don’t think many of you guys have seen Peters Primer cameras. I was amazed of the craftsmanship and the classic design language of these wonderful tools. Peter was kind enough to send me over some images of his cameras, check them out in the gallery bellow. At the end of my trip I went back to Graz and attended the opening of the Menschenbilder Exhibition.
